Dear All,

My friend HIRANO MAKOTO (male, 27 years) is a young skilful Japanese cook.
Now he is working at JAM STEAK HOUSE in Okinawa (south Japan).

At the end of 2008 he would like to join a French restaurant (anywhere in France) in order to improve his own French knowledge and become an apprentice chef.

He can speak French and Japanese.
His aim is a working holiday in Europe.
Makoto will study and work in a restaurant at the same time.

His personal mail is spbc7e69@dance.ocn.ne.jp

If you know somebody that owns a restaurant (or at least who works in a restaurant) looking for a new serious collaborator, PLEASE let us know.

Thank you for the kind attention.

Hi Kinchan,

May be he can have a look at these websites :
www.restaurants.lu
www.resto.lu

A lot of Luxembourgish restaurants are listed there and you can filter the list by several type of cuisine and by location.

Luxembourg has one of the highest rate of restaurants per capita and it could be a good alternative.
